The approachable, designed world — marketing, onboarding, the consumer product. Light surfaces, generous space, the brand at its brightest.
The technical, dense world — docs, dashboards, code, the developer product. Dark surfaces, tight chrome, the brand deepened to sit against near-black.

The adaptive brand
The brand isn't one hex lightened or darkened — it's swapped to a hue that suits the surface. Sky blue would scream against near-black; deep blue would mud out against off-white. Both read as the same brand because the surface sets the perceptual baseline.
